International Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation aims to become the leading annual conference in fields related to Science, Technology and Innovation. The goal of is to gather scholars from all over the world to present advances in the relevant fields and to exchanging ideas and information related to Science, Technology and Innovation. The conference will provide opportunity for participants to exchange and share knowledge and information, establish research relationships and find global partners for future collaboration. This conference will also provide an ideal environment to develop new collaborations and meet experts on the fundamentals, applications, and products of the mentioned fields.

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

For further convenience to participants, we will also provide online/electronic/virtual conference using Zoom Meeting platform to participants who register as Presenter (Virtual Conference) to participate in the conference and present their papers. A URL link will be provided to all presenters before the conference start on the conference day.

PRE-RECORDED VIDEO PRESENTATION

Participants also have the option to register as Presenter (Video Presentation). Participants do not need to join the conference. Just submit to us your 10-15 minutes pre-recorded video presentation and slides. The video will be posted in our official International Association of Research Scholars & Administrators Corporation YouTube channel after the conference day. The URL to the video will be provided to all authors of the presentation videos. Authors are encouraged to check their video and respond to any questions posted in their respective video comment section. BEST PAPER AWARD

The Conference Organizer will confer e-Certificate for Best Paper Award to qualified paper (s) as recommended by the Review Committee. Selection of best paper will be based on the followings:

⦁ originality of the research,

⦁ contribution to body of knowledge,

⦁ total no of words for abstract not exceeding 300 words,

⦁ total number of pages of full paper (6-12 pages long),

⦁ fonts, spacing, paragraphing as per the full paper template provided and timely submission latest by July 2024

CALL FOR PAPERS OR ABSTRACTS

Full paper submissions or abstracts are invited for the International Conference on International Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation (ICSTI-24) to be held physically at McCormick Place Convention Center, 2301 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60616, United States from 27th to 29th September 2024. All prospective participants/authors are cordially invited to submit original and unpublished works for publication and presentation at the conference. All submissions are subjected to peer review before an acceptance decision is made. Papers may address, but not restricted to, the main theme from any of the sub-themes as mentioned in the conference website. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable.

The Abstract/Paper should be typed in MS Word, 12 point Times New Roman and 1.5 line spacing. The Abstract should be limited upto 500 words only and the full paper should be 10-12 pages. Author(s) should mention their designation along with the institutional affiliation and contact details.  Only after the acceptance of the abstract, the prospective paper presenters need to submit their full paper. How-ever the organizing committee will reserve the right to accept or reject the final paper at their discretion. The Plagiarism must not exceed the limit of 20% including References. 

OUR REVIEW PROCESS

All the successfully submitted papers will be assessed by the Program Chair, who will initiate the peer review process. Then, the Program Chair will designate at least two suitable technical committee members (Reviewers) with ample field knowledge. After a thorough review, the comments will be submitted to the Program Chair personnel, who will make the final decision about submitting the paper.

Finally, the conference secretary will inform the concerned authors about the decision. The papers which are not accepted will be sent back for revision, and those that pass the second review will be accepted.

LANGUAGE

The official language of all the conferences and papers is English. Therefore, the paper must be written in English, which must be straightforward and free of grammatical errors.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

Here’s the schedule for the one-day IARSAC event:

⦁ The attendees will sign in at the event venue and collect their conference materials from the registration counter.

⦁ The event chairperson will host the opening ceremony at 9:00 am. All the attendees should be present at this event.

⦁ The keynote speakers will further address the event with their remarkable speeches. They will also share their achievements and expertise with the participants.

⦁ The presentations will be categorized into different sessions as per the seminar topics. The presentation mode, like oral, poster, or virtual, will also influence this categorization.

⦁ Attendees must find the right event room and mark their presence at least five minutes earlier the event.

⦁ They can use this time to prepare their systems and get ready for the presentation. The session chair will grade presentations based on their insights. A brief Q&A session and discussion will be held after every presentation.

⦁ Faculty members of elite education institutions should attend our conferences to enrich their knowledge. It helps them create a powerful generation of future leaders and innovators.

⦁ Once the oral presentations are done, the chair will assess the virtual and poster presentations.

⦁ A closing dinner ceremony will be held around 7 pm for all the participants and panel members.

⦁ Post-ceremony, the names of the winners and best presentations will be announced. The panel members will also be felicitated for their contributions to the event.
