How many authors are allowed per paper?
Yes, at present, maximum of FIVE authors are allowed per paper.
Why should I transfer copyrights to IJSRITD?
Like many other scientific publishers, the IJSRITD requires authors to provide transfer of copyright prior to publication. This permits IJSRITD to publish the article and to defend against improper use i.e. publishing in other journals. It also permits IJSRITD to mount the article online and to use the article in other forms or media. By the IJSRITD transfer agreement, the authors retain substantial rights in the work.
My paper has not been accepted. What do I do now?
Papers not approved on the first evaluation phase are send back to authors either for significant revisions or subject to full reject. In case an article is not approved (major revision required), we strongly recommend authors to revise and adopt the reviewer’s recommendations and re-submit. There is a limit of 5 review rounds of each submitted article.
I have submitted my revised paper. What next?
To ensure continued assessment of the strengths and shortcomings of the articles, updated papers are submitted to the reviewers concerned. When we receive the reviewer's reviews and suggestions, authors are notified about the publication decision.
What is the Plagiarism Policy?
Journal does not accept paper that having plagiarized contents. Good quality plagiarism software/ tool (Turnitin / iThenticate) will be used to check similarity that would not be more than 20% including reference section. In the case of exclusion of references, it should be less than 10%.
Can I send only abstract for review?
No, you have to send full length paper for review process.
My paper has been published, but I cannot find it on the Web?
All published papers are normally indexed within 2-3 weeks from the date of publication and thereafter should normally be visible on the Web within 6-7 days.
How do I cite paper?
“How to cite the article” is mentioned in all the published articles.
My paper has been published. Can I make any correction in the paper?
If author write us within 24 hour(s) then changes are possible. Please email a copy of the published paper and MS word file of your paper. Please mark yellow background which you want to change/ correct. Please write your ‘paper ID and correction is needed’ in subject area of the email.
My paper is published in this journal. Can I use some content in another paper?
Yes, you can use it but you have to mark as a reference.

Why this journal IJSRITD does has article-processing fees?
This journal defrays the following costs from article-processing charges: Office administration expenses, copy-editing, typesetting, tagging and indexing of articles, web-hosting charges, electronic archiving, website update and maintenance, and finally the supporting sales and marketing costs.
How much time does it take to review research paper?
The time of review generally depends on the complexity and length of the research. After submitting research paper, it could take 2 to 4 days for short and not much complex research, while reviewing long and/or complex research could take several weeks. We will notify the 1st author by email when the review completes.
How much time does it take to publish research paper?
After making payment for publishing and uploading the documents for verification, it could take 1 or 2 work-days.
What is included in mailed printed physical hard copies?
Publication certificate(s) printed on thick glossy paper (separate certificates for all authors).

How to add more authors to my paper?
While submission, IJSRITD is allowing only 5 authors' details to enter, we can add more authors to the papers after submission. Generally, we proactively add more authors from the uploaded document file if it contains more than 5 authors, but if we forget or you have forget to add all the authors' details in the document files, the missing authors' details can be added later any time, even after publication.

How do I submit my manuscript to IJSRITD?

What is the plagiarism policy of IJSRITD?

Are there any guidelines for preparing my manuscript?
Yes, IJSRITD provides detailed author guidelines on our website. These guidelines include information on manuscript structure, formatting, referencing, and other essential aspects to ensure that your submission meets our publication standards.
In which database / repositories / search engines / indexing sites the published papers are indexed?
Our site/journal is made search engine friendly. Many journal and research papers indexing sites should index the research papers published in our journal. We manually submit research papers to Academia.edu and Index Copernicus too. Google Scholar is also indexing the research papers published in our journal. It may take 4-6 days after publication to appear research papers in Google (Scholar).
To get them indexed fast, author can add / submit the paper manually to various sites. Author can reference it in their ORCID, Research Gate, Scopus, Publons and Google Scholar profiles. To add in Google Scholar, open https://scholar.google.com, open "My Profile" and click on add button to add information about the research paper.
What is DOI? How is it useful?
DOI means Digital Object Identifier. It is used to uniquely identify online published scholarly articles / research papers. DOI generally starts with 10. and may contain alphabets, numbers and symbols. DOIs generally contain name of the publisher, article/content's own number assigned by the publisher and volume & issue number. Each publisher has its own format of constructing DOI for the contents they publish. It is easy to locate and refer / cite the content (object) using its DOI even if its URL or metadata changes. Content with DOI is generally indexed by wider number of scholarly research related indexing sites.
How does the review process work?
The review of articles is done through a blind peer review. All the articles received by IJSRITD are send to Review Committee after deleting the name of the author to have an unbiased opinion about the research.
How do you choose the reviewers?
Eminent academicians are on the editorial and advisory board of IJSRITD along with that we have a panel of renowned academicians and industry professionals to review the research articles.
How long do reviews usually take?
Minimum time for review of any article is 15-20 days.
How long does it take for an accepted paper to be actually published?
The theme for every month is displayed two months prior to the publishing of the issue. It takes minimum one month for an accepted article to be published. If the accepted article does not come under the theme of that quarter, the time taken to publish the article would be longer.
Do you have print/paper copies of Journal?
No. This journal is an online journal. The articles can be downloaded.
Is the Journal published at regular intervals?
The journal is published quarterly i.e. Four journals a year.
Is it possible to submit the same article to IJSRITD and another Journal simultaneously?
No. You have to give an undertaking that the article submitted by you is not published or submitted for publication in any other journal. The article not accepted by IJSRITD can be published in any other journal. The intimation for non-acceptance of article will reach you within 10-15 days of the submission of article to IJSRITD.
